About this file

This document contains responses to requests for information regarding solicitation number N6247318R5011 for base operating support services at Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, California. The solicitation seeks pest control, grounds maintenance and landscaping including xeriscaping, and integrated solid waste management services. Offerors requested sections C, F, and J of the performance work statement, which the government declined to provide. An extension to the proposal due date was also requested and denied, leaving 17 working days for proposal preparation between solicitation posting and the scheduled site visit. The document confirms that the safety approach may be up to three pages total and instructs offerors to correct an incorrect solicitation number on the second page of an attachment.

November 2, 2018, giving offerors only 17 working days to complete proposals since there are two holidays in the month of

November. The Site visit is not scheduled until
