About this file
This amendment to a solicitation extends the proposal due date for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to build Phase 2 of the Family Housing Villaggio at Vicenza, Italy. The Navy Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic is seeking proposals for work including structural foundation systems by March 18, 2022. The amendment also notifies offerors that specifications may be updated in a future amendment if the government redesigns foundation systems, and would consider extending the due date accordingly. It provides responses to pre-proposal inquiries clarifying quality control specialist requirements and the fixed-price nature of the contract given current market volatility.
