About this file

This document is an Amendment 0003 - Enclosure (2) for PPI 17.xlsx, which appears to be a Contractor Quality Control Program Audit Checklist for a federal construction contract.

The checklist covers various quality control requirements for the contractor, including having an accepted QC plan, QC manager qualifications, conducting coordination and QC meetings, maintaining QC reports, and addressing items such as submittals, RFIs, safety, environmental management, and as-built documentation. The checklist indicates the contract is utilizing eCMS, though no other details about the specific contract are provided.

The related federal contract opportunity is for a Design-Bid-Build construction project at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine for Building 14. The project involves a total interior renovation, including hazardous material abatement, structural upgrades, new stairs and an elevator, exterior envelope repairs, and overhauling the mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems.
