Sheet G003A, General Removals Note 2: How can bidders quantify scope that is not shown but expected to be installed? Can quantities be confirmed? Are there any hazardous materials associated with the removals not shown on the documents but expected to be removed by the contractor?
The intent of this note is to ensure that any smaller items associated or attached to an item indicated to be removed is removed as well. For example, if a wall is indicated to be removed it is the intent that any wall base, insulation, or trim work on or in the partition is also to be removed.
The scope of the hazardous materials removals is indicated.

Yes, see Sheet G-006.
Sheet G005 Item 9 B13 Duct Bank: Can the government confirm the expected dates of this work, duration and how this area will be impacted and provide alternate laydown during this work? Will this work re-route the Remey Street fire lane during an outage for B13 excavation?

for temporary compliance with all security SY Instructions? Will entire area require road plates and constant monitoring with zone painting?
Will contaminated soils (non-hazardous soil by definition but additional PPE controls are required and special disposal with increased cost is mandated by PNSY) be the responsibility of the contractor if discovered during testing?
Pursuant to Section 1.5.2. of the Excavation and Fill specifications
(SECTION 31 23 00.00 22), for non-hazardous soils with volume greater than 50 cubic yards, the Contractor is responsible for all aspects of soil management from generation to disposal; including, excavation, stockpiling, onsite management, testing, loading, transport, and disposal.

Hazardous material remediation for general surface cleaning of dust is not necessary. However, given the presence of hazardous materials in various building materials/coatings, there will be surface dust cleaning required associated with those specific abatement or remediation activities.
Sheet CG101 appears to be missing the southern most limits of pavement removals dotted line. Confirm it is missing on this sheet only or whether it will be removed on other sheets.
