Attn: Michelle Mosso PWD Great Lakes Great Lakes, IL 60088-2814

Re: Sensor Fail / Work Performed July 22, 2021 Naval Station Great Lakes Building 1506 Great Lakes, IL 60088

Dear Ms. Mosso, While performing testing procedures at the above mentioned location, the Protanic test technician reported the following:

1. The E-85 interstitial sensor FAILS; the sensor does not function properly. The sensor is in ‘Sensor Out’ alarm and is mislabeled in the tank monitor.

2. A contractor should be employed to address the issue.

3. Upon completion of repairs, contact Protanic to schedule a retest of the E-85 interstitial sensor.

4. The technician replaced and installed one (1) stage one adapter cap for the E-85 tank;

the existing cap was leaking at the seal on arrival.

Sincerely, Frank Grebas Vice President FG/aek http://www.protanic.com/
