12 Factor 2 Experience
1 Would a Renovation project be considered as relevant when submitting projects on Factor 2 – Experience? Many of our renovation projects have construction elements that are relevant to the requirements as stated. Would the government allow 2 of the 5 projects to be renovation that include similar structural work, mechanical work and extensive audio/visual coordination?
12 Factor 2 Experience
1 If our company has identified a key subcontractor for specific and substantial work (complex mechanical, or A/V coordination) and we enter into an exclusive teaming agreement with them, can their qualifications be used as Experience. We feel at that time, the contractor would be a team member at the time of a teaming agreement being executed. Please advise if acceptable?
