About this file

This document contains a contractor performance assessment questionnaire and details of a related federal contract opportunity for aircrew services. The contractor performance assessment questionnaire is a template to be completed by government customers to provide input on an incumbent contractor's past performance on a prior contract. It requests information on the contractor's role, contract details, and performance ratings on quality, cost control, schedule, business relationships and management of key personnel. The federal contract opportunity is a solicitation for aircrew services in support of testing and evaluation missions for naval test wings. It describes an anticipated single-award IDIQ contract with a ceiling of 852,385 man-hours over five years to provide certified operational aircrew to naval air systems command squadrons located in Maryland, California and Nevada.
