About this file

This pre-solicitation notice describes a forthcoming request for proposal for Service Management, Integration and Transport services in support of the Naval Enterprise Networks program. Key details include that the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command intends to release the RFP on or around July 31, 2018 for SMIT services divided into four work segments: operating model, service operations, service integration, and transport and productivity. The services involve planning, provisioning, delivery, operation, and sustainment of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet, Outside Continental United States Enterprise Network, and Marine Corps Enterprise Network. The acquisition supports the Next Generation Recompete requirement and involves integration with other contractors. The government contemplates a single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with various pricing models and a five-year base period plus three one-year options. The North American Industry Classification code is 541512 and there is no small business set-aside. The closing date for proposals will be around October 1, 2018.
