157/186, Section
3.5.1
The Government's answer to bidder question 30 stops short of indicating if additional resumes beyond the two requested PM resumes would count toward the page total, (even if those additional resumes are 3 pages or less). Please clarify.
In Amendment 0004, on page 157 of 186 of the conformed w/ redlines, or page 14 of 31 of the
Amendment 0004, the Government highlighted with the exception. Resumes are not part of the 125 page count. The additional pages beyond the 3 pages for PM are counted against the 125 page count, for example, you have 4 pages for PM Mr.
XXX, the single 1 xtra page adds to the 125 page count. You may submit other resumes but the
Government is mainly interested in the PM/PM equivalent. No change to RFP.
35 RFP Page 109 of 187, Section I
Does the Government agree that the Contracts for
Materials, Supplies, Articles and Equipment
Exceeding $15,000 Act a/k/a Walsh Healey Public
Contracts Act (PCA) applies to the work to be performed under this RFP and consequently, FAR
52.222-55 should be removed from Section I of the
RFP because that FAR clause applies only in solicitations and contracts that include the clause at
52.222-6 Construction Wage Rate Requirements, or
52.222-41 Service Contract Labor Standards and those two FAR clauses are not in the RFP?
Removed. See Amendment 0005.
