About this file
This document contains two proposed standard work templates for continuous maintenance availabilities for aircraft carriers homeported in San Diego, California. The templates require providing 170 work items and 9 CM/WOOs, including preparation, cost estimates, material coordination, quality planning, and technical documentation. They also require overall program management for 5,000 man-days of maintenance, including production meetings, cost proposals, contract administration, subcontractor management, and cost reporting. The related federal contract opportunity is solicitation number N00024-23-R-4107 for maintenance, repair, and modernization efforts for CVN 68 and CVN 78 class carriers in San Diego, with an emphasis on emergent work, continuous maintenance availabilities, pre-refueling complex overhauls, and CNO scheduled availabilities. The Naval Sea Systems Command is the issuing agency.
