Attachment J‐4 N/A 23‐Apr‐20

This question is in reference to the Government response to PPI No. 4 regarding proration of pricing for sub‐CLINs 000401 and 000402 on RFP Section B. Attachment J‐4 contains the following COAR numbers: 16 – corresponding to TYCOM repair items. 30 – corresponding to shipalts. 46 – corresponding to AIT items. 91 ‐ corresponding to AIT items and 1 shipalt. We assume COAR 16 corresponds to Section B, CLIN 000401 and COAR 30 corresponds to Section B, CLIN 000402. Therefore, the percentage of the total price of these COARs multiplied by the total price for Work Item 992‐11‐003 is the correct pro‐ration for CLINs 000401 and 000402 and COARs 46 and 91 aren’t considered in the pro‐ration calculation. Section B CLINs 002301 and 002302 will use the same percentage for calculating their respective pro‐rates.

Please confirm or advise.

Bidder is correct. The same percentages captured in pricing 000401 and 000402 shall be used to calculate 002301 and 002302.
