3 Sec. L L-237-
7001 (b), and 1.0
(pg. 69)
L-237-7001(b) states: "Offerors who plan to attend shall submit a visit request at least 30 days in advance prior to the visit", however, Sec. L, 1.0
Instructions states: "Offerors shall allow up to five business days for scheduling a visit with
SUPSHIPNN". Which requirement is correct?
SUPSHIPNN needs thirty (30) days to get the badge paperwork processed. The five (5) days is for scheduling the actual visit after all badge paperwork and dosimetry requests have been approved. To summarize - one time frame is for paperwork while the other is the actual visit scheduling effort.
4 S-3 What is the last day a request for site visit can be emailed to SUPSHIPNN?
13 December 2019 to meet the five business days.
