| U.S. Prime Contractor Submits Approved DSP-5 and Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) Which Authorizes Release of SPN-50 SATR Spec to Foreign Subsidiary |
| Ensure that U.S. Navy is a Party to the DSP-5/TAA so that NAVAIR can discuss SPN-50 SATR Spec with Foreign Subsidiary |
| PCO to submit DSP-5/TAA to NAVAIR Security (AIR-7.4) for Review |
| AIR-7.4 Notifies PCO of Concurrence with Release to Foreign Subsidiary |
| PCO notifies U.S. Prime Contractor via E-Mail of AIR-7.4 Concurrence |
| U.S. Prime Contractor can then release SPN-50 SATR Spec to Foreign Subsidiary |
| DO NOT RELEASE SPN-50 SATR SPEC TO FOREIGN SUBSIDIARY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE PCO E-MAIL AUTHORIZING RELEASE!! |
