Q&A: FA3047-15-R-0078
RPR STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS, JBSA FORT SAM HOUSTON
1. Provide clarification on #5 stating all contracting personal shall be U.S. Citizen. If E-verified by employee would that not suffice?
Response: For normal access to Fort Sam, they must be U.S. Citizens. For foreign contractor, they would first have to be cleared through the Foreign Disclosure Office.
2. Will the long coverage passage ways need to be accessible into dorms or offices?
Response: Yes, please provide accessible access to doors leading to offices and classrooms.
3. Will the fire escapes need temporary fire escapes? Can we remove more than one at a time?
Response: No temporary fire escapes will be needed, because the users will not be using the classrooms associated with the demo of the fire escapes. The contractor cannot demo more than one at a time. The stairs leading to the Mechanical rooms are not considered fire escapes, so they can be removed at any time
