About this file
This document is a post-award limitations on subcontracting certification template to be completed by a prime contractor. It requires the contractor to report on the percentage of funds paid to similarly situated entities and subcontractors for each performance period under the contract. The applicable percentage that cannot be exceeded depends on the NAICS code, with services and supplies limited to 50%, general construction to 85%, and construction by special trade contractors to 75%. For joint ventures, the aggregate of participants must meet the percentage. The contractor must certify the accuracy of the report.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation notice for base operations support services at a secure facility on Marine Corps Base Quantico in Virginia. The solicitation and attachments were issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command for an unknown period of performance and pricing terms.
