About this file

This document is an administrative and national policy requirements template for proposals submitted in response to solicitation number HR001117S0011, issued by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency to advance the innovation, interaction, and integration of novel swarm tactics through the design, development, and demonstration of a swarm system architecture encoded in a game-based environment and embodied in physical swarm autonomous platforms.

The template requires proposers to provide identification information for all team members, including whether any are non-U.S. organizations or individuals, federally funded research and development centers, or government entities. Proposers must disclose any organizational conflicts of interest and describe plans to mitigate them. If a team includes government entities and/or federally funded research and development centers, documentation of eligibility to propose and a statement of unique capabilities are required. The template also requires information on any plans for animal use, human subjects research, and assertions of intellectual property restrictions on data, software, or patents delivered under any resulting award.
