About this file
This document contains an administrative and national policy requirements template for a federal contract proposal related to swarm systems research. Key details include that the proposal is in response to solicitation number HR001117S0011 for the OFFensive Swarm Enabled Tactics program, with a goal of designing, developing and demonstrating a swarm system architecture encoded in a game environment and embodied in physical swarm platforms. The template requests information such as organization type, technical and administrative points of contact, proposed costs, intellectual property assertions, and plans for regulatory reviews involving animal research or human subjects. Team members, including any non-U.S., government, or federally funded entities, must be identified. The proposer must affirm there are no organizational conflicts of interest in providing support to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
