About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a DeCA (Defense Commissary Agency) solicitation. The document addresses two inquiries from prospective contractors regarding site visit logistics and communication channels.

Regarding the site visit, the contracting officer clarified that the requested July 14-16, 2026 timeframe is unavailable but scheduled an alternative site visit for July 9, 2026, with two check-in times: 10:15 a.m. at base security for those requiring credentials or 10:30 a.m. at the Store Front Door for those with existing passes. Contractors must submit company name and attendee list by 1730 CEST on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, with reference to Solicitation Attachment 4 for specific meet-up locations. The second response provides a Microsoft Teams link for the DeCA Solicitation Help Desk, enabling prospective bidders to discuss pre-submission queries directly with the contracting office.
