About this file
This document contains a federal solicitation and related government file. The solicitation from the Department of State Office of Acquisition Management seeks a contractor to provide global canine services through a task order contract. The contractor will be responsible for deploying up to 205 fully trained explosives detection canines and their handlers to support the Department of State's global security and protective missions. The government file outlines that it will furnish the specified canines to the contractor through an inventory listing each canine's details such as name, microchip number, and age. The contractor will then deploy the canine teams as needed to strengthen security at high-risk overseas locations.
