Individual project work is limited to construction costs not exceeding $7.5 million or study activities under $500,000 as defined by Florida Statute 287.055. Compensation will be structured through Continuing Services Agreements on a task-order basis with fees proposed by consultants and mutually agreed upon by the City. Contractors must obtain comprehensive insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate), Business Automobile ($1,000,000 combined single limit), Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability ($1,000,000 each claim, $2,000,000 annual aggregate), with the City named as additional insured. The solicitation does not specify explicit set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, and the City reserves the right to terminate contracts with thirty days' notice, with award recommendations subject to City Council approval.
