About this file
This document is a past performance questionnaire for a federal contractor providing systems engineering and integration services. The questionnaire collects performance ratings and commentary on the contractor's launch process and operations experience, rockets and propulsion systems expertise, mission integration work, data protection, ground systems engineering, propulsion engineering, management responsiveness, and overall performance. Respondents are asked to indicate strengths and weaknesses, discuss marginal or unacceptable ratings, and recommend whether they would award to the contractor in the future.
The related federal contract opportunity is a draft request for proposals for continued Systems Engineering & Integration services issued by the Space and Missile Systems Center/Launch Enterprise. Responses to the draft RFP are due by November 8, 2019 and an industry day with one-on-one meetings will be held October 23-25, 2019. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541715 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees.
