This document outlines a solicitation for a small munitions trailers acquisition. The Air Force Materiel Command is seeking a firm fixed price IDIQ contract over seven years to provide two classifications of small munitions trailers, the MHU-110V2 and MHU-141V2, in accordance with technical specifications. The basic contract period is two years for development and first article testing, followed by five one-year option periods to order trailers in quantities between 125-300 per year depending on the option. The acquisition uses best value tradeoff source selection and is a 100% small business set-aside. Offerors must submit proposals by November 2018, and award is targeted for August to September 2019.
