1. Question: After review of the SOW, PD, and CDRL B001, we have not found the Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR) TM-86-01 referenced in SOW paragraph 3.4.1 and CDRL B001. Could you please direct us to the location of TMCR TM-86-01 within the solicitation documentation?
Answer: The Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR) TM-86-01 is located on FBO with other Export Controlled attachments uploaded on 4 Mar 2019 and can be found in the package labeled “Export Controlled Attachments to the Solicitation” which includes the TM-86-01 document and the Purchase Description along with the Purchase Description amendments 1-3. The TM-86-01 document is titled “TM-86-01Q ELIN B001.pdf” with the Description: Air Force Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR).
