This solicitation seeks proposals for a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to provide support for the development and procurement of two models of small munitions trailers. The Air Force Materiel Command will award a seven year IDIQ contract including a two year basic ordering period and five one-year option periods. Contractors will design, test, and produce the MHU-110M and MHU-141 trailers in accordance with technical requirements. First article units are required for each national stock number. The contractor must deliver data packages, technical manuals, drawings, and provisioning information. The basic ordering period is for first article testing and production ramp up. Option years provide for additional trailer orders in increments of 125 to 300 units per model per year. The total for both models may not exceed the stated maximums. The tradeoff source selection process will consider past performance and cost/price factors. Proposals are due by November 2018 and award is expected August to September 2019. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
