Question from Kessler Site Visit: Rooms are identified by RS categories and room name/nomenclature in the IMFE.

Soap, is that correct?
Yes, Bar Soap is correct
3 Question from Kessler Site Visit: Who cleans compounding area of pharmacy?
The HAMS' contractor cleans all rooms in the IMFE except RS # 0 as defined in the PWS
4 Question from Kessler Site Visit: Who cleans kitchen behind serving? Please see ROW 242 - 249 for kitchen cleaning requirements
5 Question from Kessler Site Visit: Total # public restrooms? All restrooms are cleaned based on their RS category as defined in the IMFE.
There is no differentiation between public and private

11 Subfactor 1.3 para.3) Lists various areas and requests sample work schedules and lists room numbers in the Keesler IMFE Technical
Exhibit.
Q: What does the heading MEPRS stand for, and what do the abbreviations listed stand for? Can not identify from the abbreviations which rooms belong to each of the areas listed requiring work schedules.
MEPRS is Medical Expenses and Performance Reporting System. This is an internal government use only term for purposes of accounting.
12 Keesler IMFE Room Listing pages. What rooms are classified as category RS #10 and RS #12 because there are no rooms identified for these two categories? Need to know room numbers where to remove from and deliver too.
RS categories 10 and 12 do not have rooms # associated with the performance requirement. Medical Waste can be created in any room where care is provided.
And disposed of per the IMFE Keesler tab line 130 and PWS. Typically, Linen is delivered to clean linen utility rooms and picked up in soiled linen rooms. For
Keesler Linen storage room is found on ground level of MTF. "no room number associated with it".
13 PWS 1.3.36 RS Category #4 is patient unit checkout aseptic housekeeping in 7 days per week, patient units, and AOD, or MOD rooms listed in the IMFE as category RS #4 rooms. Q: Is it correct that patient rooms identified as category RS #3 in the IMFE room listings are where checkout service is to be provided? Q: IMFE 12. Indicates non-patient room numbers that require patient unit checkout service, but can find no category RS #4 rooms in the IMFE room listings. Are there any RS #4 rooms at Keesler?
Yes, it is correct that patient rooms identified as category RS #3 in the IMFE room listings are where checkout service is to be provided. No, there are no RS
# 4 rooms at Keesler. Those rooms identified in para 12 need to have check-out procedures (RS#4). RS # 4 is not room specific; it is a service provided for patient rooms and those rooms which are listed as RS # 3.
14 Factor 3 – Price: Insert not to exceed (NTE) proposed pricing for the
Supervisory Categories as identified in Attachment 8 in the Solicitation.
Offerors must complete the attachment. Q: The NTE Rates page to be filled in is identified as Exhibit 3. Is Exhibit 3 or Attachment 8 to be completed and submitted in Factor 3 - Price? Q: Exhibit 3 page indicates positions of CEH, AEH, and Site Manager. What is the Site
Manager position as it is not listed as a key person position?
Q1 The correct NTE pricing sheet is Exhibit 3. The Section L incorrectly refers to it as Attachment 8. An amendment will be forthcoming to make this correction. Q2 There is no Site Manager at Keesler per the IMFE. Other IMFE may call for a Site Manager. The NTE pricing sheet will encompass the labor rate for the supervisory category.

15 Step One - Part IV - Price – Submit one original and two copies.
E. Step Two – Individual MTF Proposal – Submit one original and one copy.
Both of these sections require the completion of the individual IMFE excel spreadsheets and the Schedule. Q: Is the Schedule to be completed for both Step One and Two the identified Schedule in the IMFE’s, along with the Wage, Staff, and Price pages, or is it the
SF 1449 Continuation Sheet pages 3-159 of 246? Q:How many copies of the SF 1449
Continuation Sheet pages 3-159 of 246 are submitted containing the annual CLIN prices relating to both Step One and Two?
Q1:Offeror shall follow instructions in Section L. Offerors shall insert proposed price in Individual base propak's include IMFE,s, wage spreadsheets, staffing spreadsheets, price spreadsheets, and pricing schedules. Q2 One original and one copy of the SF 1449 must be submitted in accordance with Section L
16 F. Information Regarding Submission of Proposal – 5. Format for the entire proposal must be submitted in 3-ring binders.
