RFP QUESTIONS GOV'T RESPONSE

1 Would it be permissible to send Volume I, II, III and part of Volume IV pricing and then send some additional Volume IV pricing in a separate mailing?

Per Section L of the solicitation para F. Information Regarding Submission of

Proposal 1. Proposals shall be received no later than 2:00 PM Central Daylight

Time (CDT), 12 April 2012. All proposals shall be mailed to the following address: 773 ESS/PKA, ATTN: Cindy Lattimore, 210-395-9371 3515 S

General McMullen, Bay 2, San Antonio TX 78226-1865. Your package must show the Solicitation Number and the name and address of the Offeror. All proposals must be in English. Fax or email proposals will not be considered.

2. It is the responsibility of each Offeror to ensure that their proposals reach the designated mailing address above on or before the request for proposal due date/time established in this RFP. 773 ESS/PKA is not responsible for lost proposals and proposals delivered to locations other than the location outlined in paragraph 1 above.

3. Questions and Answers. All questions must be submitted via email to cynthia.lattimore@us.af.mil and sharon.bickford@us.af.mil not later than

Tuesday, 27 March 2012 CDT. Answers will be posted to www.fbo.gov no later than Friday, 6 April 2012.

4. Late proposals will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) "Late submission, modifications, revisions, and withdrawals of offers."

Offeror shall ensure they comply with the language in Section L to be considered for award.
