RFP QUESTIONS GOV'T RESPONSE
1 Please reference FY13SAMFPROPAK. The Government stated in an earlier answer to a question that offerors should not make changes to any of the excel sheets within the PROPAKS. For the referenced
FY13SAMFPROPAK cell H39 on the “Staff” spreadsheet only captures the sum of cells H24 through H34 and omits cells H35 through H38. Is this correct? Also, can you please clarify “Covers/CC”? How is this different then the line item “Covers” directly above it?
The formula has been corrected in revised file "FY13SAMFPROPAK5.xls".
The correct PROPAK will be uploaded to the FBO as a separate attachment so as not to delay proposal preparation. An amendment to the solicitation will be issued no later than Monday, 2 April 2012. The "Covers/CC" are covers located in critical care areas and are done at a different frequency. Please ensure offerors use the FY13SAMFPROPAK5.xls if proposing on the San
Antonio locations. Also please note the government's response under Version 4, 21 March 2012, question #9 specifically referred to the reformating the pitch.
2 As a matter of clarification, the only thing omitted from the 60 page limit in the technical is the MFAM. Is this correct? Work schedules, equipment, supplies, transition plan, staffing plan are included in the page limit?
Yes to both questions.
3 Reference PWS section 2.1.5.5. Not all cleaning products are included in SEGC 104-E. Therefore, can products that meet SEGC 114 standard be used to comply with the requirement?
If all cleaning products are not included in the SEGC 104-E, offeror must provide explanation and justification for subtitute.
