RFP QUESTIONS GOV'T RESPONSE
1 Please review-- it appears that the IMFE for Shaw has window cleaning
2x’s per year (October and April) but the staffing only appears to show it 1 x per year.
See Amendment 7 to solicitation posted on 5 April 2012.
2 I was reading the Version 14 response and need to ask for more assistance please identifying the rooms required for the sample work schedules. Going by your response I find 12 rooms for the Operating
Rooms/Surgical Suites RS #6, and you specified only 7 rooms for
Intensive Care RS #3. Thank you.
Please identify the rooms associated with the other areas listed because there is absolutely nothing that identifies which rooms in the IMFE belong to them either (and without being able to identify them contractors will be forced to make a best guess as the due date draws closer):
Medical/Surgical Unit
Outpatient Clinic
Administrative Building/Area - Is this a separate building or within hospital?
Main Corridors - There are many corridors throughout which ones are considered the main ones?
Offerors are to provide general work schedules for areas to demonstrate that the offeror is capable of developing time management schedules on when rooms are to be inspected, cleaned, etc. throughout the day and to demonstrate they are capable of communicating that schedule to the government. Offerors can use any med/surg unit, outpatient clinic, admin area or main corridors for this demonstration. The schedules provided for the sample task will not be used for the task order award.
3 The solicitation IMFE's for Little Rock AFB, AL and Malmstrom AFB, MT are different from the current IMFE's.
Please clarify that the solicitation IMFE's are correct instead of the current IMFE's.
Please propose on the IMFEs associated with this solicitation.
4 Also, although in Amendment 6 there was a statement that the IMFE for
Nellis was revised, I did not see a revised file.
I was going to ask if the IMFE for Nellis was revised to include RS#11 which is in the current IMFE and pricing, but it is not within the current
IMFE.
See posting dated 5 April 2012 uploading the Nellis IMFE. Please propose on the IMFE associated with this solicitation.

Q: Is the Schedule referred to for both items above the Schedule B indentified Excel Spreadsheet in each IMFE, or the

Q: How many copies do you want of the 157 pages of individual
