T-01 SOW 1.5.2.8 Construction Phasing
The SOW mentions “individual phase durations should be considered only in developing the Government’s proposed overall contract duration.” Please confirm that the Government is looking for a time durations for phases or major elements of work (i.e. 3 months) as part of the Construction Phase-In Plan for the proposal deliverable.
The construction phasing diagram shall not indicate durations. Durations shall only be considered for the overall contract duration. See
SOW 1.3.
T-02 SOW 1.5.2.8 Construction Phasing
Can the Government please clarify their definition of a Swing Space Duration?
Swing Space Duration describes for how long the occupants of the bldg. have to be relocated to another bldg., if necessary.

Quality Control Plan
Please provide Offerors with the specification/standard that governs design quality control measures being sought for this effort
The quality control plan is not based on a specification or standard. It is an 86 CES/CEN internal requirement.
Correction on Q&A #5, T-07
Amendment 1 Attachment 3g Shelf Layouts & Dimensions
Offerors request the Government provide additional information about the depth of the shelves.
On Q&A #5, T-07, the Government provided the answer to this question with:
Type A: 60cm Type B: 50cm Type C: 75cm
However, the information for the Type B and C were erroneously switched. The correct shelf depth measurements are as follows:
Type A: 60cm Type B: 75cm Type C: 50cm
