(2) The government will evaluate the contractor's proposal based upon the comparison of line items from the contractor and government's esmates. If there are significant differences, the contractor's esmate may be returned to the contractor with a short suspense (no more than 2 work days) to revise, correct, and resubmit.

(3) Negoaons will be scheduled by the CO or designated representave aer the government's evaluaon of the contractor's proposal. The contractor must be able to meet the established schedule for negoaons.

(4) Once the firm-fixed-price and performance me have been negoated, the contractor shall submit his/her final proposal with drawings and the SOW within 2 workdays.

(f) Task orders will then be issued by the CO using Standard Form 1155. Each Task Order will include the following informaon: - Date of the Task Order - Contract number and Task order number - Scope of work - Task order price, delivery, or performance data - Accounng and appropriaon data - Any other pernent data (End of Clause)
