Task Order #2 18 Aug 2010
MA-SASC Task Order:
Performance Work Statement on
Bldg 551, Base Postal Services Facility Video Surveillance System
REQUIREMENTS:
1. The vendor will design a turnkey, IP based, private network, video observation system for the Postal Services in building 551, Sheppard AFB TX.
a. At a minimum, the system should consist of IP cameras, CAT 5e or CAT 6 cabling, a network video recorder, manageable, IPv6 network switch, UPS, equipment cabinet and computer.
b. The design should consist of approximately 12 interior cameras and two exterior cameras
c. Cameras may be POE if more advantageous than running AC electrical power
2. The vendor will provide all equipment, software and necessary installation tasks to provide the video observation system for the Postal Services in building 551, Sheppard AFB TX.
3. The system will provide a 7 - 14 day storage capability.
4. The IP cameras will be motion activated to conserve storage requirements.
5. The recording and storage equipment will be maintained in a locked room (comm room).
6. Uninterrupted power source (UPS) for a minimum of 60 minutes
7. All computers provided under this contract will meet applicable Air Force standards
8. All network switches provided under this contract will be CISCO brand and meet applicable Air Force standards.
9. All cable installation will meet or exceed industry and Air Force standards
10. The vendor will submit a proposal of the system design and list of components
11. The vendor will provide a minimum of two training sessions to familiarize users with the operation and maintenance of the system
12. The vendor will provide a minimum of two hard and soft copies of any manufacturer information on equipment installed, installation drawings and training material.
13. The vendor will provide a 12 month warranty for the installation and all equipment and supplies used in the installation. This is in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty
