The Original unbound proposal shall also include a standard (5 ½ inch spaced) two-hole punch applied to the top center of each page when viewed in portrait orientation (for Government filing).” Since the Original is considered a hard copy does this mean that it must be 3 hole punched and bound in a binder in addition to the top 5 ½ inch two hole punched or unbound with only the top 5 ½ | |

Bldg 500- Contractor has 3 administrative office rooms adjacent to 7 debrief rooms all enclosed within a section of the building. The Range Operations Center (ROC), Snakeye, and secure link 16 room reside in another enclosed section of the building. The ROC contains an Enhanced Terminal Voice Switch (ETVS) system, Weapon Impact Scoring System (WISS), Mobile Target System (MTS) console, Smokey Sam operations console, etc. 3 desks provide administrative operations within the ROC. |

Bldg 2008- Large maintenance shop and storage room. Several employee offices for administrative functions.
