About this file
This document contains a maintenance report for a generator at the Prospect Harbor Space Force Station in Maine and a related pre-solicitation notice for base operations support services at that location. The maintenance report details cleaning of a partially plugged radiator on a Kohler generator, finding and removing shredded plastic and foil debris. The pre-solicitation notice indicates the solicitation for base operations support services at Prospect Harbor SFS will be released in January 2024, and will require operation and maintenance of the government-owned facility on a contractor operated basis. Services will include physical security, civil engineering, communications systems administration, logistics, and environmental and safety compliance. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and will use a best value tradeoff source selection. The contract award is expected in 2024.
