SOK is soliciting bids to print, number, and box motor vehicle boat sticker sets, with each set containing two stickers bearing identical serial numbers for placement on the right and left bow of a boat. The stickers must be vinyl cut to allow individual removal and application. Historical ordering volumes indicate SOK ordered 225,000 sets in FY24, 120,000 sets in FY25, 120,000 sets in FY26, and 125,000 sets in FY27, with quantities padded in sets of 50 to a pad. Additionally, 50 sample stickers marked with the word "SAMPLE" in contrasting color must be delivered for conformance verification.

The specifications require pressure-sensitive vinyl sheeting with a minimum thickness of 0.0040 inches and outdoor durability up to four years, featuring permanent acrylic-based adhesive for application in temperatures as low as 20 degrees Fahrenheit and resistant to water, grease, oil, and various chemicals. Stickers must measure 4 inches wide by 3 inches high individually, with serial numbers beginning with two digits representing the expiration year and printed in black UV ink, while the sticker background rotates through designated PMS colors (Green 356 for 2031, Red 186C for 2032, Reflux Blue for 2033, and Orange 172C for 2034) with all colors guaranteed not to fade for 48 months. Stickers must be packed ten books per substantial cardboard box with security tape sealing, strapped to 40-inch by 48-inch pallets stacked no higher than 10 cartons, with each box containing an inspection slip verifying no missing or duplicate numbers, proper cutting, and correct sticker orientation. The vendor must provide tamper-proof delivery via locked vehicle, maintain adequate security at production facilities subject to state inspection, and supply combination locks for each shipment.
