About this file
This document contains an attachment for a certificate of eligibility and information on a construction management and quality assurance services solicitation from the District of Columbia government. The attachment provides a template for certification of eligibility that prospective contractors must complete, declaring they have not been suspended, debarred or convicted of fraud within the past three years.
The related solicitation seeks qualified sources to provide construction management and quality assurance services as an integrated part of the existing Capital Projects and Facilities Management Division team. The selected contractor will manage all facility projects throughout initiation, planning, procurement, design, permitting, construction, furniture installation, tenant move-in, closeout and transition to operations and maintenance. Services must be fully coordinated program-wide to ensure all interrelated projects across multiple sites and scales are managed systematically and consistently for maximum time and cost efficiency.
