The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal intends to procure up to 123 water storage distribution systems with capacities of 100,000 gallons or split capacities of 2 units at 50,000 gallons each. The water storage distribution systems are comprised of collapsible fabric storage tanks, engine driven centrifugal water pumps, meters, hoses, fittings and nozzles, as well as hypochlorination units. The Army also intends to award an IDIQ contract for up to 150 spare 350 GPM fluid distribution pumps. The Government will award to up to five IDIQ contracts initially for minimum quantity deliveries to be utilized for testing. The single down-selected awardee will receive orders for full production of the water storage distribution systems and associated logistics products. The resulting IDIQ contracts will have a five-year base period and two one-year options. This procurement is set aside entirely for small businesses.
