This document outlines a federal solicitation for Water Storage Distribution Systems. The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Detroit Arsenal intends to procure up to 123 Water Storage Distribution Systems with capacities of 100,000 gallons or split capacities of 2 units at 50,000 gallons each. The contract will also include an option for up to 150 spare 350 GPM fluid distribution pumps. The Water Storage Distribution Systems provide large capacity potable water storage that can be configured for receiving, storing, and distributing water in bulk to Army systems. The systems are comprised of collapsible fabric storage tanks, pumps, meters, hoses, fittings and nozzles along with automatic hypochlorination units. The Government intends to award five IDIQ contracts initially for testing purposes, then downselect to a single contractor for full production orders as well as logistics products and potential spare pumps. Resulting contracts will have a five year firm fixed price term with two optional ordering years. This procurement is reserved solely for small businesses.
