Process for Computerized Maintenance Program (MyCMP) and Maintenance Manuals Access
This document outlines the process for bidders on the C-20/C-37 Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) solicitation to obtain access to MyCMP records of the Government’s C-20/C-37 aircraft as well as copies of the applicable maintenance manuals.
OVERVIEW –
Three Government Points of Contact (POC), listed in the U.S. Government POC section below, can authorize Gulfstream’s Business Office to provide limited data access to individuals acting on behalf of bidders that are participating in the C-20/C-37 CLS contract solicitation as well as authorize the release of pertinent maintenance manuals to said bidders. This password protected access will allow the individuals “READ-ONLY” access to the CMP records that are currently subscribed to on the U.S.
Government’s C20/C37 account. Bidder’s access within MyCMP will be limited to the US government aircraft serial numbers listed at the end of Attachment 1. In addition, Gulfstream’s Business Office will send a USB containing pertinent maintenance manuals to the individuals authorized by the U.S.
Government POCs.
PROCESS -
• Each person requesting access will need to fill out Attachment 1 titled “Information Required for CMP Access” and submit the attachment via email to the Government POCs outlined below. The required information in the attachment consists of the following:
o The company name, full name, phone number, email address, and mailing address of the individual(s) o A statement that the individual is a U.S. citizen or a green card holder o A statement that the US Government is authorizing temporary “read only” access to their aircraft’s MyCMP records and pertinent maintenance manuals.
o A chart of aircraft serial numbers
• After the Government POCs submit the request for access, the Gulfstream MyCMP support team will establish read-only access for the individual to access CMP records that are currently subscribed to on the U.S. Government’s C20/C37 account (**Please note that this is not always a quick process and can take up to 2 business days to complete**).
• Once the CMP access is granted, an email will be sent to the individual granted access with login instructions and a temporary password.
• Gulfstream’s Business Office will also mail a USB containing the pertinent maintenance manuals to the individual at the address identified on the Attachment 1.
• Gulfstream will not provide any training, interpretation, other data or assistance to these individual(s).
• The MyCMP access will be password protected and assigned to the individual(s) listed on the government’s request.
• For closure, all access to MyCMP will be removed upon award of the contract for the subject RFP. Any of the Government POCs may terminate an access to MyCMP records prior to award of the contract by notifying Gulfstream’s MyCMP support team in writing with the requested termination date.
• Gulfstream’s employees involved with granting access to MyCMP and mailing the USB maintenance manuals have been fully briefed on the firewalling of these activities from all Gulfstream employees participating within the C-20/C-37 CLS proposal effort.
