Questions and Answers #1
Q1: What might be expected to be classified in the work?
A1: Classified deals with detailed experimental work pertaining to upset phenomena of operational military devices.
Q2: Are the disruptive effects discussed in the BAA meant to imply upset only, or upset and damage?
A2: The disruptive effects, as referred in CALL 0005 of the HMPTESLA BAA, does not include damage. In accordance with the table shown below, we are interested in levels 2,3 and 4; however, focused more in level 4.
