About this file
This document is an attachment to a solicitation for the Laboratory Support Services and Operations II (LASSO II) contract. The attachment provides a template for offerors to map their proposed labor categories and hours to the government-provided base labor categories and hours. The template includes dropdown lists for selecting the PWS section, government labor category, and instructions for completing the table. Columns require entering the offeror's labor classification, functional area, employing company, portion of government hours allocated, and proposed hours. Summary tables at the bottom will total the offeror hours and indicate any difference from the government totals to ensure all base hours are mapped. The solicitation is issued by NASA's Kennedy Space Center to provide laboratory support services.

Instructions
Instructions:
1. Complete this template for all hours proposed for: -PWS 1 -Management positions under PWS 2, 3 and 4 -All Government-provided ‘Base’ LOE hours (PWS 2, 3, and 4)
Refer to Attachment L-01, LOE Hours for Government-provided ‘Base’ LOE Hours. Do not include ‘Flex’ LOE Hours in the Attachment L-07.
2. Column A: Select the PWS Section from the drop-down list.
3. Column B: Enter the Offeror's Labor Classification for the position.
4. Column C: For positions that map to Government-provided Base LOE hours, select the Government Labor Category from the drop-down list. For PWS 1 and Management positions under PWS 2 and 3, select N/A.
5. Column D: Enter the applicable functional area within the Offeror's organizational structure where the position will be placed.
6. Column E: Enter the name of the company that will employ the position.
7. Column F: For positions that map to Government-provided Base LOE hours, enter the portion of the Base LOE hours that are allocated to the position. For PWS 1 and Management positions under PWS 2 and 3, enter 0.
8. Column G: Enter the proposed hours for the position.
9. Columns J and K: No entries are required. The information in Columns J and K is intended only to serve as a check to ensure that all Government-provided Base LOE hours have been mapped to proposed positions in the table; any proposed hours for PWS 1 and Management positions under PWS 2 and 3 will not be tallied in Columns J and K. The top table displays the total number of Offeror-proposed hours for positions that map to Government Labor categories. The middle table displays the Government-provided Base LOE Hours from Attachment L-01. When properly completed, it is expected that the total in the bottom table will show a delta of zero hours.
