About this file
This document contains a labor distribution and mapping template amendment for the Laboratory Support Services and Operations II solicitation. The template requires offerors to map proposed labor categories and hours to the government's labor categories and base levels of effort provided for the work. Specific instructions are given for completing the template for management positions and government-provided base hours by labor category for the base period and four option years. The template includes dropdown lists of program work statement sections and government labor categories for mapping purposes. The purpose of the template is to ensure offered labor matches the government's requirements for the LASSO II requirement at the Kennedy Space Center to provide various laboratory, testing, and professional support services.
