About this file

The RFP includes Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside, Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal of 15%, Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal of 15%, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal of 6%. The document also provides details on Medicaid births by county and the required number of families to be served per county based on a specific formula.
