Key Performance Indicators Prodigy Healthcare will track and measure the following outcomes:
✔ Reduction in drug/alcohol use – Increased treatment dosage and session frequency for offenders testing positive.
✔ Increased compliance with supervision conditions – Case management, counseling, and electronic monitoring support.
✔ Higher program completion rates – Continued counseling and case management post-sanction, at no cost to ADCRR.
✔ Fewer technical violations – Direct communication with CCOs to hold offenders accountable.
✔ Reduction in supervision revocations – Alternative sanctions, such as GPS monitoring and curfews, to prevent unnecessary revocations.
✔ Lower rates of new crimes – Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and cognitive behavioral interventions shown to decrease criminal thinking.
Evaluation Tools & Pre/Post Testing To assess program effectiveness, Prodigy Healthcare administers:
• University of Rhode Island Change Assessment (URICA) – Measures motivation for behavioral change.
• TCU Criminal Thinking Scale – Evaluates cognitive distortions related to criminal behavior.
Both assessments are administered pre- and post-treatment to track individual progress and overall program success. Additional behavioral measures, including self-reported feedback, program compliance, and violation history, are incorporated into performance evaluations.
Prodigy Healthcare remains dedicated to delivering measurable, evidence-based outcomes and will continue working closely with ADCRR to improve long-term offender rehabilitation and community safety.
