About this file
This is a Past Performance Information Sheet template designed for offerors responding to the Historical Archives Digitization solicitation (FA440727QTW02) issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command for the Headquarters Cyberspace Capabilities Center at Scott AFB, Illinois.
The template serves as an appendix that does not specifically address required products or services but rather establishes the format and criteria by which offerors must demonstrate their relevant past performance experience. This document functions as a standardized response template that offerors must complete to substantiate their qualifications and experience with digitization services, microform conversion, bound book scanning, and legacy media transfer work. Offerors are required to populate this sheet with details of previously completed projects that demonstrate their capability to successfully execute the comprehensive historical archives digitization contract on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis within the strict timeline constraints imposed by the Air Force.
