About this file
This document contains a federal contract opportunity and related price schedule for building repairs at McConnell Air Force Base. The Air Force is soliciting proposals for its FY22 Multiple Award Construction Contract, which will result in up to six firm-fixed price ID/IQ contracts for construction projects valued between $2,000 and $10,000,000 each. The total contract value across all awards is not to exceed $75 million over six years. Offerors should provide pricing for the seed project involving HVAC repairs to Building 852 using the attached price schedule. Proposals are due by 2:00pm CST on 11 November 2021 and will be evaluated based on past performance, which is significantly more important than price for the seed project. The pre-proposal conference and site visit will take place on 17 November 2021. The opportunity is set aside for small businesses and NAICS coded 236220. Successful awardees will be eligible to compete for task orders over the next six years to complete construction projects at McConnell Air Force Base.
