STATEMENT OF WORK
1. GENERAL: This Statement of Work is for Repair (SUS) HVAC System - Bldg 852 (PRQE
063118).
2. REQUIREMENTS: As indicated in the drawings and specifications, the Contractor shall:
2.1. Bldg 852 HVAC System Repairs
The contractor shall complete all work associated with Bldg 852 HVAC system repairs, as described in the drawings and specifications.
This work requires replacement of the HVAC and DDC system within Building 852 along with replacement of the lighting and interior electrical power devices utilizing the building’s existing electrical wiring and circuit infrastructure. Selected architectural and interior finish repairs and upgrades in the training rooms and offices are included as well as a limited number of exterior building repairs (window, doors, old signage adhesive removal). Also, the fire sprinkler system shall be replaced with a new designed and constructed system. Finally, telephone conduits/boxes shall be removed and installed in new locations within each training room.

2.2. All Communications Wiring and Jacks
The contractor shall complete all work associated with communications wiring and jacks, as described in the drawings and specifications.
This work requires replacement of all the wiring and jacks serving the training rooms as depicted on Sheets T-101, T-102, T-103, T-501 and Comm. Wiring/Jack requirements per Specification
27 10 00.

2.3. Cybersecurity for Facility-Related Control Systems (Spec Section 25 05 11)
The contractor shall complete all work associated with Cybersecurity for the facility related control systems, as described in the drawings and Specification 25 05 11.
This work requires implementation of and compliance with the cybersecurity requirements for the DDC Control System per Specification. 25 05 11.

3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Construction will be phased in accordance with the Phasing Plan.
As part of a separate construction project a new roof will be installed. It is expected that the new roof will be installed prior to the completion of this construction project. In order to keep the roof warranty intact, it will be the responsibility of this construction project to coordinate with the roof manufacturer’s representative to certify that the work impacting the roof has been done appropriately and to recertify the roof warranty. The cost of having the roof manufacturer’s representative perform an inspection and provide certification of warranty documents will be covered under the roofing contract. If the representative identifies deficiency, it will be the
HVAC construction contract’s responsibility to fix the deficiencies and have the roof manufacturer’s representative come back out to recertify the warranty.
