About this file

This is an Aircraft Identification Sheet template that requires offerors to specify and certify the helicopters they propose for the DPAA Papua New Guinea Helicopter Support Services contract (HTC71126RE147).

Offerors must identify up to five aircraft—three primary helicopters and two alternates—and provide detailed specifications for each, including aircraft type/model, tail number, ownership, passenger capacity, service ceiling, internal payload capacity, external sling load capacity, engine type, range, cruise speed, and fuel burn rate. The solicitation requires three primary helicopters to meet specific minimum performance thresholds: Helo 1 must have a minimum of 5 passenger seats, 9,000-foot service ceiling, 500-pound internal payload, 2,000-pound external sling load capacity, and single engine configuration; Helo 2 must have 9 passenger seats, 15,000-foot service ceiling, 1,000-pound internal payload, 3,300-pound external sling load capacity, and twin engine configuration; and Helo 3 must have 12 passenger seats, 15,000-foot service ceiling, 1,300-pound internal payload, 4,400-pound external sling load capacity, and twin engine configuration. Additionally, all proposed aircraft must be equipped with specific communication and safety equipment, including VHF/AM radio (118.000-136.975 MHz), VHF/FM ground communications radio (138-174 MHz), HF/SSB radio (2-30 MHz), dual-frequency ELT (121.5 MHz and 406 MHz), functioning Automatic Direction Finder (ADF), life jackets, floats for overwater operations, and survival kits with emergency beacons. Offerors certify compliance with these requirements by checking boxes in Part 2 of the form.
