About this file

This document is an Appendix A - Question and Answer Template for Solicitation 19AQMM26R0001, providing detailed instructions for offerors to submit questions about the International Exposition Services IDIQ contract. The template requires offerors to format their questions with specific references, including the document source, page number, section, and relevant passage. Offerors must submit one question per row, clearly identifying technical and price-related inquiries with precise citations from the solicitation documents.

The associated federal contract opportunity is for the Department of State, seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive operational services for U.S. Pavilions at international expositions, specifically Expo 2027 in Belgrade, Serbia and Expo 2030 in Riyadh. The anticipated Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract will have a five-year ordering period, utilizing Firm-Fixed-Price line items. The contractor will be responsible for large-scale event management, cultural programming, branding, visitor engagement, security, staffing, technical operations, protocol, and hospitality, with a focus on advancing U.S. foreign policy priorities and creating impactful visitor experiences.
