The contract term is fifteen (15) months with a budget of $480,000.

The consultant shall not be authorized to make governmental decisions, direct actions, obligate OCTA to any course of action, or enter into contractual agreements on behalf of OCTA. Any information, opinions, or recommendations provided by consultant personnel must be subject to significant intervening substantive review by OCTA personnel, counsel, and management before affecting any decisions. The scope of work contemplates that OCTA may direct the consultant to perform additional general tasks beyond those specifically identified, allowing flexibility in the engagement scope.
