Estimate is based on replacing four conductors between junction boxes at Light Poles 23 and 27. Includes Maintain all fixtures to stay fully operational L&E NM El Paso 1

3 Transfer switch for the controls of the mechanical grates at K1-B. Add manual transfer switch for the controls of the mechanical grates at K1-B to allow for use of a back-up generator for power if needed. Install in one 30A circuit. Maintain all fixtures to stay fully operational L&E NM El Paso 1

4 Megger Test Columbus POE Lighting Circuits – Isolate individual cables by removing mechanical connections/terminations. Based on original construction plans, Subcontractor estimates a maximum of 301 circuits/903 individual conductors for testing. Findings will likely be less than 903 as home runs do not break at every light pole/j-box. Subcontractor reduced the estimated quantity by 1/3. The ground cable will not be tested. Subcontractor shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the electrical infrastructure during the test performance due to existing deteriorated condition. Note that the Megger test will test the insulation integrity of individual conductors but will not identify a fault location. A report of findings will be provided to the Government at the test conclusion (test results, determination of pass/fail for each conductor, visual deficiencies in wiring or connectors). Excludes repair/replacement of any items except connectors that cannot be re-used. Maintain all fixtures to stay fully operational L&E NM El Paso 1
